Welcome to flexturfcleaning.com, operated by Flex Turf Cleaning. By using our Site or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Flex Turf Cleaning provides artificial turf cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to Deep Cleaning, Pet Odor Elimination, Basic Clean, and optional add-ons (turf infill, concrete/tile pressure washing, full yard blow-off), serving the Mesa, Queen Creek, and Phoenix, Arizona area.

Service descriptions on the Site are for general reference. Final scope of work is confirmed after we assess your property and provide a quote.

2. Quote & Booking Process

Submitting a request through our booking form reserves a time slot but does not constitute a final booking or charge. After you submit a request:

  1. We review the details you provided (and any photos submitted).

  2. We contact you with a personalized quote based on your property's size and condition.

  3. Once you confirm the quote, your appointment is finalized and an invoice is sent for payment.

No payment is due at the time of your initial request. We reserve the right to decline or adjust a request if the scope of work differs significantly from what was submitted.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices shown on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed until confirmed in your personalized quote.

  • Invoices are sent after your quote is confirmed and are payable through our online payment system.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition or size of the turf differs materially from what was described at booking.

  • Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of signup.

  • Subscription plans that include a discount off standard pricing require a minimum commitment of 2 cleanings (6 months) to qualify for that discount, unless otherwise stated at signup for a specific plan.

  • If a subscription is canceled before the minimum commitment is completed, any discount applied will be reversed, and the customer will be charged the standard one-time rate for any cleaning(s) already received.

  • After the minimum commitment term is completed, subscriptions may be canceled at any time by contacting us, with no penalty; cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or a requirement to prepay for future bookings.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control, and will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

5. Property Access & Preparation

  • You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas being serviced (including gates, side yards, and pet-containment areas).

  • Please secure pets during your scheduled service window for their safety and ours.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to turf, hardscape, irrigation lines, or property features that were not caused by our service.

6. Satisfaction & Issues

If you're not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of your service date so we can address the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve valid concerns, which may include a re-clean or partial adjustment at our discretion.

7. Limitation

of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flex Turf Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

This Site and our services are provided "as is," and while we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content on the Site is complete or error-free.

8. Photos & Media

By submitting photos through our booking form or allowing us to photograph completed work, you grant Flex Turf Cleaning permission to use these images for business purposes, including our website and marketing materials, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, submitting false or fraudulent booking information, or using content from the Site without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
